What we collect and why

TOOLA is operated by GDL Exterior Solutions (“TOOLA”, “we”, “us”), North Jersey, United States. For any privacy question, write to support@usetoola.com.

• Waitlist email address — when you join the launch waitlist, we store the email address you submit and the date you submitted it.
• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, chosen topic, and message.
• Basic technical data — standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to keep the site available and to detect abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with retailers or advertisers.

The TOOLA app is in development. When it launches, it is designed to process the photos you submit for diagnosis, the descriptions you type, and records you choose to save (receipts, warranties, appliance details, properties). Photos are processed to produce a diagnosis and are associated with your account so you can revisit past scans.

This policy will be updated with app-specific details, third-party processors, and retention periods before the app is publicly released. Nothing described here applies to you until you create an account in the app.

• To operate, secure, and improve the website and the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Some outbound links to retailers are affiliate links. When you click one, the retailer may set its own cookies and receive information about the referral under its own privacy policy. We receive aggregate commission reporting, not your identity or your order contents. See our affiliate disclosure.

We use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, database storage, and email delivery. They process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Waitlist addresses are kept until launch communications are complete or you ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months so we can maintain a support history, then deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email. Residents of California, the EEA, and the UK have additional rights under applicable law; we honor those requests regardless of where you live. Email support@usetoola.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This website and the app are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting waitlist members will also be sent by email.
